AG Center Career Closet- Ashley Grant
The Ag Center Career Closet was developed in 2021 by the late Ashley Grant. Mrs. Ashley Grant was a beloved teacher, as well as assistant director of internships and student engagements in the LSU Agriculture School. Mrs. Ashley Grant unfortunately and untimely passed away on February 1st, 2024. Mrs. Grant loved helping students in their professional development journey, and pushed for the development of the Career Closet in order to give students support to their professional development. In honor of Mrs. Ashley Grant, the LSU Block and Bridle Club will be donating a percentage of the profits from the 86th Annual LSU Block and Bridle Rodeo to the LSU Ag Center Career Closet.

The LSU Block and Bridle Club is a proud new supporter of the LSU Ag Center's Career Closet. The LSU Ag Center Career Closet is a development with a major goal to help support students in their professional development. Throughout the summer prior, the LSU Ag Center takes donations of gently used work/professional attire. The donations are then available for students to shop the donated clothes for free during the Ag Center Career Closet Pop-Up Shop. Students are then able to wear these clothes for future professional developments, such as the LSU Agriculture Career Fair, Etiquette Dinner, professional interviews and more!
