Each year the members of Block and Bridle organize a Student and Open rodeo right here on LSU's campus.
Due to construction, the Block and Bridle rodeo will be hosted in Port Allen, Louisiana this year.
National Convention
LSU's Block and Bridle Club hosted the 102nd National Block and Bridle Convention in New Orleans in 2023. Members enjoy attending National Convention every year!
Members participate in our annual livestock show and learn how to train and show beef, sheep, swine and horses.
About Us!
Block and Bridle Club at LSU began in order to instill a sense of community and scholarship among animal science students and has been doing so through our annual rodeo, Little International livestock show, and countless other service activities the club does throughout the year.
